Policies and Guidelines Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: I understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to the cost of the service. By booking an appointment, you agree to remit payment for any missed appointments that are not properly canceled within this timeframe. Late Arrivals: I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, your appointment may either be shortened or canceled, depending on availability. Payments: Full payment is required prior to your appointment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, cash, check, or prepayment. No other payment methods will be accepted. Appointment Guidelines: To ensure the best possible service, please arrive to your appointment with no eye makeup and refrain from curling your lashes beforehand, for any lashing services. For sugaring/wax services please arrive with no face makeup (facial sugaring only), no lotions or moisturizer, no deodorant for underarm waxing/sugaring, exfoliate the night before, and please always allow at least 1mm length - one grain of rice - of hair growth for the the best results. For your safety and well-being, please do not attend your appointment under the influence of any substances. Fills Policy: To qualify for a fill, you must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 30% of the extensions are left, your appointment will be considered a full set. Complimentary Fix: If you experience any issues with your lashes, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment. You will be eligible for a complimentary adjustment or mini-fill at no additional cost. However, this does not cover issues arising from lack of aftercare, natural lash shedding, allergies, or side effects from medications. Aftercare: Aftercare is crucial for maintaining the best results from your service. Please follow the guidelines provided at the end of each appointment to ensure optimal care and longevity of your lashes, and the health of your over skin and hair regrowth.
